Terms of Service

Short version: by signing up for the Spoolwise founding-operator beta, you agree to get emails from us about the product and — if you're one of the first 20 — to the founding-operator arrangement described below. The beta product itself doesn't exist yet; when it launches, separate product terms will apply.

What you're signing up for

This is a founding-beta signup. By submitting the form, you agree to:

• Receive emails from Spoolwise about the beta program, product updates, and early access.
• Be contacted about onboarding, feedback interviews, or related beta activities.
• Have your signup record stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're not buying anything. There's no charge. We're not collecting payment information.

Founding-operator commitments

If your signup lands among the first 20 founding-operator spots, we commit to the following when Spoolwise launches paid access:

• Founding pricing for life — whatever we charge at launch, you pay a discounted rate for as long as you remain subscribed.
• Direct input on the roadmap — we'll actively solicit your feedback on features and priorities.
• A "Founding Operator" designation — in-product and on the site.
• All future premium features included at your founding tier, at no extra cost.

These commitments apply only to operators whose signup lands in seats 1–20. They are good-faith commitments, not a purchase contract — no product has been delivered and no payment has been taken. If we discontinue the Spoolwise project before launch, no refunds are owed because no money has changed hands.

Beta status and no warranty

Spoolwise is pre-launch. Information on this site describes what we intend to build. Features, pricing, and timelines may change. Nothing on this site is a binding product specification or a guarantee of specific features.

When paid product access becomes available, separate product terms of service will govern actual use of the software. Those terms will be presented for agreement before any charge or use of the product.

What you may not do

By signing up, you agree not to:

• Submit signups on behalf of other people without their consent.
• Use an email address you don't control.
• Attempt to bypass or abuse the 20-seat founding cap (for example, fake signups to drain seats).
• Use signup submissions to transmit spam, malware, or illegal content.

We may remove signups that violate the above and cancel any founding-operator commitment associated with them.

Modifications

We may update these terms as the beta program evolves. If the changes are material (affecting your founding-operator rights or our obligations), we'll email the list before they take effect.

Ending the arrangement

You can withdraw at any time by emailing beta@spoolwise.io or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Withdrawal releases us from future obligations to you but does not retroactively undo confirmation emails already sent.

We may end or substantially change the Spoolwise beta program. If we do, we'll notify the list and — where practical — give founding operators advance notice.
