Short version: we collect the minimum we need to contact you about the Spoolwise founding-operator beta. We don't sell it. We don't share it with marketers. We use two third-party services — Supabase and Resend — to actually make this thing work.
What we collect
When you sign up for the founding beta, we collect:
- First name — to address you in emails.
- Email address — to send confirmation and beta updates.
- Printer fleet size — to understand who we're onboarding.
- Consent confirmation — that you agreed to receive our emails.
- Technical metadata — IP address and browser user agent, stored once at signup to help us detect duplicate or automated submissions.
That's it. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no analytics scripts.
How we use it
- Confirm your founding-beta spot and send onboarding info.
- Send product updates related to the Spoolwise beta — roughly once every one to two weeks, maximum.
- Contact you directly about feedback, interviews, or early access.
- Enforce the 20-seat founding cap by email uniqueness.
We will not use your email for marketing unrelated to Spoolwise. We will not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
Who we share it with
Your data sits in three places, all under our control:
- Supabase — stores the signup record (name, email, printers, consent, metadata).
- Resend — delivers confirmation emails and future beta updates.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and may log request-level metadata (IP, path, response code) for security and performance.
None of these vendors use your data for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us. We do not give your information to any other third party.
How long we keep it
- If you stay on the list, we keep your record for as long as the Spoolwise beta is active.
- If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you but retain the record (without contact use) so you keep your founding-operator spot if you come back.
- If you request full deletion, we erase your record within 14 days.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe — click the link in any email, or reply with "unsubscribe."
- See, correct, or delete your data — email beta@spoolwise.io from the address you signed up with. We'll reply within seven days.
- Withdraw consent at any time — this stops future emails but does not revoke any confirmation already sent.
Children
Spoolwise is built for business operators running 3D-print farms. It's not directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll email the list before the change takes effect.
